Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the platforms Nedoit.com, Ehene.com, ePaguaj.com, ePayLink.xyz, and Ankandi.live (collectively, the "Platforms"), all owned and operated by Endrix Technologies L.L.C. ("Endrix", "we", "the company"). By creating an account or using any of the Platforms, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

01Acceptance of terms

Accessing or using any Platform constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you should not use the Platforms.

02Description of services

Endrix Technologies L.L.C. operates the following Platforms:

• Nedoit.com — a platform for online services assisted by artificial intelligence.
• Ehene.com — a platform for technology services and account setup support.
• ePaguaj.com — a platform for payment processing through payment links, invoices, and QR codes.
• ePayLink.xyz — a platform for creating online payment links.
• Ankandi.live — a penny auction platform for online auctions.

Each Platform may have additional terms specific to the nature of its service (for example, the auction terms on Ankandi.live differ from the payment processing terms on ePaguaj.com). In case of conflict, a Platform's specific terms take precedence over these general Terms, only for the matters they address.

03Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Platforms. By using the Platforms, you confirm that you meet this criterion.

04Accounts and security

Some Platforms require you to create an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platforms for:

• Unlawful, fraudulent activity, or activity that infringes the rights of others.
• Money laundering, terrorism financing, or transactions prohibited by law.
• Uploading malware, harmful code, or attempting to compromise the security of the Platforms.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or providing false information.
• Unauthorized resale of our services without a written agreement.

06Payments and fees

Fees for each Platform are published on the relevant Platform's page and may change with prior notice. Payments are processed through licensed payment processors. We do not directly store full payment card data. Refunds, where applicable, are subject to the specific policy of each Platform.

07Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology of the Platforms are the property of Endrix Technologies L.L.C. or its licensors. Copying, reproducing, or distributing the content without written authorization is not permitted, except for personal, non-commercial use.

08Third-party services

The Platforms integrate third-party services (payment processors, hosting providers, communication services). Endrix is not responsible for the actions, errors, or outages of these third parties, although we select trusted partners.

09Disclaimer of warranties

The Platforms are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Platforms will be free of errors or interruptions.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endrix Technologies L.L.C. is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platforms. Our total liability, in any case, will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endrix Technologies L.L.C., its employees, and partners from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or from your unlawful use of the Platforms.

12Termination of service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Platform, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may also close your account at any time, following the procedure described on the relevant Platform.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Wyoming, except where mandatory local law of the user provides otherwise.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Platforms or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15Other provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remains in full effect. Endrix's failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Endrix Technologies L.L.C.
